The NPP UK Youth Wing leadership paid a courtesy call on its longest serving Patron, Mr Andy Owusu, on Sunday 20th October 2020. Mr Owusu praised the team for their innovativeness in keeping the diaspora youth engaged and energised throughout their tenure.
The Patron, in support of the campaign towards the 2020 general elections, donated Twenty thousand (20,000) first-of-its-kind branded car air fresheners to support the Youth Wing's outreach activities. The air fresheners will be especially useful in promoting the *4 MORE FOR NANA* message in vehicles around Ghana given the unique campaign methods dictated by COVID-19 protocols and the limitations on congregation.
The Youth Organiser, Mr. Richard Gyamfi, received the items on behalf of the UK Youth Wing and thanked Mr Owusu for his kind gesture and continued support. Present at the meeting were Deputy Youth Organiser- Eunice Acheampomaa, Youth Secretary -Thomas Oheneba Boakye, Youth Treasurer - Ike Price-Asante, Youth PRO - Roberta Pobee, Chapter Youth Organisers for South London and Leeds - George Emil and Pascal Navelle, and TESCON UK President and TESCON UK Women’s Lead, Mark Boansi and Mavis Brew (PhD) respectively.
