Legalizing OKADA lazy man approach to create jobs - Presidential Staffer fires JM

The Director of Programmes at the Office of the Vice President, Salam Mustapha has described former President and National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Mahama suggestion to legalize motorcycles businesses under his regime as archaic.

Mr. John Dramani Mahama has assured OKADA riders that he will legalize and regulate their activities if he’s given another term in office as President.

But Presidential staffer, Salam Mustapha believes that the former President is just lazy and cannot provide the youth of Ghana with sustainable jobs hence his drive to legalize OKADA business.

To him, what the youth of Ghana need is not a lazy man’s approach in fighting unemployment but rather a serious leadership to lead the country from where it is to another level.

According to him, the NPP has over the years developed models to create sustainable opportunities for the youth of Ghana than any other political party in Ghana.

He mentioned Nation Builders Corp, NEIP, the youth in Afforestation programme as programmes by the New Patriotic Party that has provided support to the hitherto unemployed youth of Ghana.

To him, there is the need for the youth of Ghana to maintain the President in order for more opportunities to be provided for the growth of the Ghanaian youth.
