Former Berekum Chelsea and Black Star player Lee Addy signs for Accra Hearts of Oak.

Lee Addy was part of the Ghanaian players who featured in the 2010 World Cup played in South Africa.

The experienced center back became a free agent upon his return from Ethiopia and has been training with Accra Hearts of Oak for some time now. The defender has joined the glorious rainbow family for the 2nd round of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League.

The 30-year-old recently got stranded with other Ghanaian players in Ethiopia due to the rise in the covid-19 pandemic and eventually evacuated the country through the assistance of Ghana government and Ghana Football Association.

The robust centre back has had spells with Red Star Belgrade, Dinamo Zagreb, Locomotiva Zagreb in Europe.
