Emmanuel Agyemang Badu draws curtain on national team duties

Black stars midfielder Emmanuel AGYEMANG Badu has called time on his association with the Ghana national team.

The player who started playing for the national team in the 2008 has called it quits after many months of sidelining from the team.

The former Udinese player featured 78 times for the Blackstars, scoring 11 goals.

He has 3 African Nations Cup and 1 world cup appearance to his credit.

Agyeman Badu was part of the glorious Ghana U-20 National team that won Africa's first U-20 worldcup hosted in Egypt in 2009.

After the success with the U-20 team, Badu gained promotion to the main national team, featuring in the 2010 CAF Nations Cup, helping his country to final and losing to Egypt.
