Abena Serwaa Mankosa did not feed Pupils with her own money- DCE, Atwima Nwabiagya North District
The District Chief Executive for Atwima Nwabiagya North District, Hon. Rebecca Yeboah, has debunked allegations that controversial teacher Abena Serwah Mankosa who alleged fed pupils at Anin- Nkrumah near Barekese is false and should not be regarded.
According to Hon Rebecca Yeboah, 100 % schools in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District have access to feeding program and the teacher's act was a clear sign of fraud as she confirmed to the Education Directorate she was having NGO with the brother, hence, that act.
This revelation came through as Ashanti Regional School Feeding Program Directorate paid a working visit at Anin Nkrumah D/ A Primary School to enquire about the allegations and headway.
The District Chief Executive, Hon Rebecca Yeboah also debunked the allegations that the culprit's phone was ceased because of her feeding act but the DCE confirmed that the teacher brought her phone to a meeting and acted as a reporter from a media house to record the Education Directorate and the assembly at large without their consent.
Adanse3 News further spoke to Mrs. Mary Duodu, Ashanti Regional Director of School Feeding Program about the incident and the way forward and she said the teacher is not a caterer of the school and rather a fraudster.
She said, such incident should not be tolerated in our society as the government has therefore provided with all the necessary needs of all schools under the school feeding policy.
